Preparation Time 5 minutes
Ingredients (serves 6)
180g (2/3 cup) Greek-style natural yoghurt
1/3 cup chopped fresh mint
1 tsp caster sugar
Method
Process yoghurt, mint and sugar in a food processor until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight to thicken slightly.
Notes
Serves 6 as a side.
