Ingredients (serves 4)
250g (1 punnet) strawberries, washed, hulled, cut in half lengthways
2 tsp caster sugar
4 100g tubs D'Lite berry basket frozen yoghurt (Ski brand)
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the strawberries and sugar, and cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes until the strawberries are soft.
To serve, scoop the frozen yoghurt into serving bowls. Top with the warm strawberries.
Wine suggestion: A Kiwi sauvignon blanc will freshen up the fruit and spice in the main dish. You can't go wrong with Stoneleigh Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, $17.50, or the Montana Reserve Sauvignon Blanc, $20.
